Crystal Brown, 22, Bloomington, was booked at 2:44 a.m. Sunday for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and public intoxication.

Jason Bryant, 35, Indianapolis, was booked at 2:37 p.m. Friday for violation of probation.

Brian K. Dixie, 33, Crawfordsville, was booked at 3:24 a.m. Sunday for public intoxication and theft.

Melvin A. Duarte, 23, Indianapolis, was booked at 2:20 a.m. Saturday for driving a vehicle with a suspended driver's license.

Cassy L. Finley, 23, Greencastle, was booked at 1:45 a.m. Saturday for violating a restraining order.

Daniel J. Frost, 23, Greencastle, was booked at 4:40 a.m. Saturday for maintaining a common nuisance and possession of paraphernalia and marijuana.

Jordan L. Horsley, 18, no permanent address, was booked at 12:30 a.m. Friday for possession and sale of marijuana and visiting a common nuisance.

David Jenkins, 39, Las Vegas, was booked at 10:50 p.m. Sunday for battery, residential entry and criminal mischief.

Joseph W. McDaniel, 34, Indianapolis, was booked at 8 a.m. Monday for violation of probation.

Brent A. Moody, 26, Brazil, was booked at 5:01 a.m. Sunday for operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Robert Mullins, 36, Cloverdale, was booked at 4:31 p.m. Monday for violation of probation.

Jonathan D. Serviss, 29, Indianapolis, was booked at 1:15 a.m. Saturday for possession of marijuana.

Jamie D. Trivett, 23, Cloverdale, was booked at 4:15 a.m. Saturday for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and public intoxication.

Tracy E. Westmoreland, 27, Greencastle, was booked at 2:37 p.m. Tuesday for parole violation.

Dion A. Willis, 18, Brazil, was booked at 12:30 a.m. Friday for visiting a common nuisance and selling and possession of marijuana.

Dominique N. York, 24, Greencastle, was booked at 5:20 a.m. Saturday for maintaining a common nuisance.

Putnam County Sheriff's Department

Two drivers were transported to the hospital Friday evening following a crash at the intersection of US 36 and 231.

Ryan K. Howell of Sullivan was operating a Chevrolet Trailblazer west on US 36, when witnesses stated he ran a red light and collided with the passenger side of a white box truck operated by Eric R. Reed of Indianapolis, traveling south on 231.

Kenny's Wrecker Service towed Howell's Trailblazer, while Curtis' Wrecker Service towed Reed's vehicle. There was an estimated $5,001 to $10,000 in damages.

Larry C. Matthews of Gratis, Ohio was operating a semi-tractor trailer west on I-70 in the right lane, when he attempted to merge onto the interstate and collided with a Ford Ranger driven by Bradley C. Gard of Cory causing minimal damage to both vehicles.

No injuries were reported and neither vehicle was towed from the scene. The accident occurred at 11:35 p.m. Monday. There was an estimated $1,001 to $2,500 in damages.

Tracie L. Dardy of Indianapolis was stopped southbound on US 231 near US 40 for a left turn, when a vehicle operated by Eric Cox and Cloverdale struck the back of her vehicle.

The crash occurred at 2:44 p.m. Saturday. Seniour's Wrecker Service towed both vehicles from the scene. There was an estimated $2,501 to $5,000 in damages.

Terry Hinman of Cloverdale was traveling north on Manhattan Road near CR 450S at 2:20 p.m. Friday, when he slowed his vehicle to find an address. Hinman stated he used his turn signal to indicate he was making a left turn into a private driveway and was struck by a northbound vehicle operated by Angela Nichols of Reelsville.

Nichols said she attempted to pass Hinman's vehicle, but collided with the driver's side of his vehicle as he attempted to make the left turn without his signal.

Upon further investigation, deputies found Hinman's vehicle to have a malfunctioning signal. Seniour's Wrecker Service towed both vehicles. There was an estimated $5,001 to $10,000 in damages.

Cory L. Foltz of Indianapolis was traveling west on US 36 near Bainbridge at 4:09 p.m. Saturday, when a pedestrian, identified as Daniel T. Sorg of Columbus, crossed into the road without looking. The accident report stated Sorg rolled down the side of Foltz's vehicle.

No injuries were reported.
