Darlen A. Blackmore

Darlen A. Blackmore, 71, of Coatesville died Monday, Aug. 9, 2010 at her residence.

She was born Aug. 25, 1938 in Crawfordsville.

She owned and operated Darlen's Collection in Greencastle.

Surviving are husband Max D. Blackmore; sons Max L. (Sandra) Blackmore, Michael D. (Sylvia) Blackmore, Matthew L. (Candy) Blackmore; grandchildren Mary Lee Blackmore, Matthew L. Blackmore II and Michael X. Blackmore.

She was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Samantha Ann Blackmore.

Friends will be received from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Porter Funeral Home in North Salem.

Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the Fairview Cemetery in North Salem with the Rev. John D. Gossett officiating.
