"We have been practicing hard the past three weeks," GHS head coach Craig Callahan said. "We began the season with two-a-day workouts and have pushed through some intense heat. The guys have been rising up and meeting my expectations.

"They've been working really hard and pushing their minds and bodies to the limit," he continued. "This meet was great for us because we were ready to be tested. We went up against some big and talented schools and hung in there on a very challenging course. I am very pleased with our results. Nathan Eubank set a PR on a very difficult course."
