Mary K. "Katie" Warrick

Mary K. "Katie" Warrick, 89, Crawfordsville, passed away at St. Clare Medical Center on Monday, Sept. 27, 2010.

She graduated from Ladoga High School in 1939 and was the former owner of Foxworthy's Variety Store in Ladoga. She retired from Montgomery Ward in Greencastle.

She was born in Putnam County to Loye and Minnie Fay Obenchain Gardner. She married John Foxworthy and later Everett Harris. After his death she married Tom Warrick, and he also preceded her in death.

Survivors include sons Fred (Carla) Foxworthy of Crawfordsville, Jim (Debbie) Foxworthy of Bloomingdale; nine grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren; sister Dorothy Browning of Avon; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a great-grandchild, brother Edward Gardner and sister Olive McDermed.

Services will be at Servies & Morgan Funeral Home, 203 N. Washington St., Ladoga, at 2:30 p.m. Friday with the Rev. Paul Leonard officiating. Visitation will be from 12:30 p.m. to the time of service. Burial will be at Brick Chapel Cemetery following services.
