* Oct. 19, 4:27 p.m.: Holly Jezior, 17, Greencastle, was driving a 1997 Dodge Intrepid northbound in an aisle in the Kroger parking lot when the William Crowley II, 33, Greencastle, backed out directly in front of her, and she had no time to avoid the collision. Crowley, driving a 1998 Chrysler Town & Country, said he was going to back out of the parking spot and looked behind him and saw no oncoming traffic. He put his vehicle in reverse and started backing out, then looked again and saw the front end of Jezior's vehicle in his rear view. He could not stop to avoid the collision.

Damages $1,001-$2,500.

* Oct. 20, 12:54 p.m.: Donald White, 49, Terre Haute, was stopped in traffic in a 2004 Chevrolet Astro Van in the eastbound lane of Indianapolis Rd. in front of H&R block due to stopped traffic. Clayton Moore, 20, Greencastle, driving a 1993 Chevrolet pick-up, advised as he approached the intersection, he did not see the van was stopped and struck it.

Damages $1,001-$2,500.
