Vowing for a drug-free society

Greencastle Mayor Sue Murray signed a proclamation Tuesday (Oct. 19) making Greencastle a part of National Red Ribbon Week from Oct. 23- 31. For the week, people can wear a red ribbon to show support for a drug-free city, county and nation. PIE Coalition, which stands for Prevention, Intervention and Education, is one of the groups participating in the event.
