* Oct. 26, 4:59 p.m.: Kenneth W. Walker, 42, Bainbridge, was northbound on U.S. 231 in a 1989 Chevrolet CK 2500 attempting to turn onto CR 500N. Walker said the sun was in his eyes and he could not see the 2000 Lincoln Towncar driven by Sondra C. Hipsher, 68, Roachdale, sitting at the stop sign. Walker sideswiped Hipsher's vehicle.

Damage $1,001-$2,500.

* Oct. 28, 1:53 a.m.: Jennifer L. Taylor, 23, Greencastle, was northbound on CR 225N in a 1997 Ford Escort when a deer ran in front of her from the west. She swerved to miss the deer, entered the ditch on the east side and struck a power pole.

Vehicle towed by Jerry's. Damage $2,501-$5,000.

* Oct. 28, 7:52 a.m.: Michelle S. Hilbert, 27, Cloverdale, was traveling on SR 243S in a 1994 Pontiac Bonneville when a deer ran in front of her.

Damage $2,501-$5,000.

* Oct. 28, 8:44 a.m.: Melissa A. Browers, 42, Cloverdale, was traveling on CR 475E in a 2006 Chevrolet HHR when a deer ran in front of her.

Damage $2,501-$5,000.

Oct. 26, 8:47 a.m.: Removal of a tree from Cemetery Road. Cleared 9:05 a.m.

Oct. 26, 9:35 a.m.: Power line down at 1120 Avenue C. Cleared 10:18 a.m.

Oct. 26, 9:44 a.m.: Power line down at 504 S. Bloomington St., Robe-Ann Park. Cleared 9:54 a.m.

Oct. 26, 10:44 a.m.: Alarm at 504 E. Seminary St. Disregarded by DePauw en route.

Oct. 26, 12:17 p.m.: Power line down at 1549 S. Bloomington St., caused by a limb. Caused a power surge in house. Cleared 1:18 p.m.

Oct. 28, 4 a.m.: Assisted Greencastle Police with ladder to second floor balcony at 1210 Castlebury Drive, Apt. B. Cleared 4:30 a.m.
