Kathryn A. WIlkinson

Mrs. Kathryn A. Wilkinson, 76, of Plainfield, formerly of Terre Haute and Greencastle, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 8, 2011 at her residence.

Born Aug. 11, 1934 in Greencastle, she was the daughter of Maynard Alspaugh & Kathryn (Bennett) Thomas and a graduate of Greencastle High School.

Kathryn had been a secretary with GTE, ISP, and St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church in Terre Haute; a member of the ASPCA, National Wildlife Federation, and International Christian Fellowship Israeli Organization.

Survivors include her daughters, Lyla Wilkinson of Indianapolis, Lili (Darrell) High of Orange Park, Fla., and Regan Wilkinson of Plainfield; and a grandson, Justin High of Middleburg, Fla.

A private family graveside service will be held at a later date.

The family has entrusted Hopkins-Rector Funeral Home with care of her arrangements.
