* April 27, 4:05 p.m.: Martin J. Hughs, 22, Chicago, Ill., was westbound on SR 240 in a 2007 Dodge C1000 when he merged into the oncoming lane, causing a head-on sideswipe with Kenneth C. Brummett, 61, Coatesville, in a 1999 Ford F150.

Hughs said he must have gone to sleep.

Damage $2,501-$5,000.
