City Police

A pair of recent arrests were reported by Greencastle City Police officers.

At 4:51 a.m. Saturday, Robert Joseph Thrall, 21, Annadale, Va., was arrested for public intoxication and trespassing on East Walnut Street. Capt. Charles Inman reported that Thrall was found passed out on a bench and registered .136 percent blood-alcohol content under PBT testing.

At 5:20 p.m. Saturday, Addailine Enderby, 34, Greencastle, was arrested by Officer Darrel Bunten at 728 Northview Apartments for battery.

One weekend accident was investigated by city officers.

At 11:41 p.m. Sunday, Erik C. Krag, 21, Greencastle, was southbound on South Indiana Street, driving a 2003 Toyota Avalon, when police said his car struck a parked 2003 Honda owned by Jean Lopez, Imperial, Pa.

Total damage was estimated at $5,000-$10,000.

Three traffic citations were issued recently by city officers.

At 5:55 a.m. Tuesday, Nicholas Hutcheson, 17, Greencastle, was ticketed by Capt. Mike Hanlon for disregarding an automatic signal at Indiana and Washington streets.

At 2:20 a.m. Sunday, J.D. Johnson III, 20, Gary, was ticketed by Officer Nick Eastham for 47 mph in a 30-mph zone on Bloomington Street.

At 1:46 a.m. Saturday, James T. Coy, 33, Greencastle, was cited by Reserve Officer Jerrett Query for a motorcycle learner's permit violation.

May 3, 2:42 p.m.: Alarm at 507 S. Locust St. Cleared 2:58 p.m.
