Variety of activities slated for Fair on Square May 13-15

Main Street Greencastle will host its annual Fair on the Square, beginning at noon Friday, May 13 through 5 p.m. Sunday, May 15.

Everyone is invited to the historic Courthouse Square in downtown Greencastle to experience a weekend of musical entertainment, rides, amusements, festival food, crafts, classic cars and art.

All concessions and vendor booths will open at noon Friday, May 13 with musical performances that afternoon by the Cloverdale High School marching band and a dance recital by Dance Workshop. On Friday evening, local entertainer Rod Warfield will perform from 6 to 9 p.m.

Events on Saturday, May 14 will include the annual Kiwanis pancake breakfast in the morning, a flower and bake sale at First Christian Church, entertainment by Blackout, Backwoods 4, Barbara Ellen and Jodi Buis, before ending with local Southern rock group F5 from 7 to 9 p.m.

Sunday's events will include an antique and classic car show, and musical entertainment by gospel group Glorious Rebellion, Indianapolis-based Tune-O-Matics and central Indiana's own 15th and Hulman.
