Reeves - Burks Engagement

Mr. and Mrs. James Reeves of Summerville, S.C., are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter Grace Augusta Reeves to Brennan Canada Burks of Greencastle.

Brennan is the son of Mr. Thomas Lee Rising II and Mrs. Nana Elizabeth Rising of Greencastle and the late Mr. William Burks.

Grace is a graduate of North Carolina School of the Arts and a 2010 graduate of Indiana University. She is employed at the Cincinnati Ballet.

Brennan is a graduate of Greencastle High School and a 2011 graduate of Indiana University. He is studying for his M.A. in theology at the University of Dayton.

Grace is the granddaughter of Mr. James A. "Gus" Moody and the late Mrs. Grace Hayden Moody of Summerville and Mrs. Alice Faye Reeves of Summerville and the late Mr. Barnie Earle Reeves Jr.

Brennan is the grandson of Mrs. Gayle Canada of New Ross and the late Mr. F. Dale Canada and Mrs. Beverly Burks of Connersville and the late Mr. James Burks.

The wedding is planned for July 2, 2011 at Old Fort Baptist Church in Summerville.
