Hands in the Community

Matt Welker with Allstate Insurance Company presents a $1,000 check from the Allstate Foundation through the "Agency Hands in the Community" grant program to Linda Merkel, Executive Director of the Putnam County Youth Development Commission. Also on hand was the PC Youth Development Commission President Matt Hertenstein and Vice President Renee Marsteller.
