Fairly hot at Fairgrounds

With the 4-H Goat Show continuing in the Indoor Arena behind them Saturday evening, Putnam County Extension Director Mark Evans (right) and Sheep Superintendent David Greenberg try to piece together the wooden Putnam County 4-H Fair archway used as a photo backdrop for fair winners' pictures. A couple of postholes, metal rods and a 2011 placard were quickly added and order restored. The spot will get plenty of work this week as the fair continues through Saturday.
