Helen Lucille Samuels

Helen Lucille Samuels, 86, of Greencastle passed away on Thursday, Aug. 11, 2011.

She was born on Nov. 8, 1924 in Greencastle to James Pace and Mable Flint Pace.

Helen was a graduate of Roachdale High School and retired from DePauw University, where she was a dispatcher in the security department.

She is survived by her son Garry G. Samuels of Greencastle.

Her parents and her husband Arthur E. Samuels preceded her in death.

Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Aug. 15 at Brick Chapel Cemetery, with Rev. Paul Bowen officiating.

Helen never met a stranger.
