Raffle winners

The Putnam County Community Foundation announced the winners of the Fairground raffle, and Fairgrounds Endowment Committee members, donors, and winners gathered together at the Community Foundation office to celebrate. Rick and Judy Parent won the processed hog donated by the Mann Family and White Oak Farms. Rick Parent stated that they planned to donate the value of the hog to the Fairgrounds Endowment. Vickie Parker won the pizza party for 25 people donated by Kevin and Jenny Hutcheson and Chicago's Pizza. Parker stated she plans to donate the pizza party to local philanthropic youth groups. "We have been very pleased to be a part of the new Fairgrounds Endowment," said Elaine Peck, Executive Director of the Putnam County Community Foundation. "Love of the Putnam County Fair and the Fairgrounds runs deep and strong in this community. Although it has a way to go, the Endowment Committee has already reached 30% of its goal of $100,000."
