Local artist Charlie Tanner presents Greencastle Fire Chief Bill Newgent with a painting that resembles the famous picture from the Oklahoma City bombings on Thursday. "When I think of a firefighter I think of this picture," said Tanner, who has now created three different pieces for three different places around Greencastle.
