GHS Class of 1986 sets 25th class reunion and 5K walk/run

The Greencastle High School Class of 1986 is celebrating its 25th class reunion the weekend of Oct. 14-15.

As part of the festivities, they are sponsoring the second annual GHS 5K Run/Walk on Oct. 15.

Net proceeds will benefit the school's areas of greatest need in academics and athletics. The race will take place at the scenic DePauw University Nature Park at 9 a.m. Walkers and runners are welcome to attend.

To register in advance, complete a registration form and include a $15 check made out to "GHS Class of 1986" to Greencastle High School, Attn: Jason Fajt, c/o Mr. Russ Hesler, 910 E. Washington St., Greencastle, IN 46135.

For pre-registration, checks must be received by Oct. 7. Registration will be $20 after that date. Commemorative long sleeve T-shirts can only be guaranteed to individuals whose registration and fee is received by Sept. 30.
