Ivy Tech Community College -- Wabash Valley has help on the way for those confused about the college application process and the financial aid process.

The college will present "Spring into Action" help sessions on Saturday, Nov. 19, beginning at 10 a.m. and concluding at 1 p.m. at the Greencastle instructional site at 915 S. Zinc Mill Rd., as well as at the Ivy Tech Terre Haute main campus at 8000 S. Education Drive.

The help sessions are designed to assist students with completing spring enrollment at Ivy Tech before classes begin on Jan. 9, and will be conducted by Ivy Tech student services staff.

Students who have already been admitted to the college will also find the event beneficial. Staff will be available to assist students who are already enrolled with the New Student Orientation procedures, which are now available for the first time online.

In addition, students will have the opportunity to take campus tours, so that they will be able to familiarize themselves with their new surroundings before classes begin.

Ivy Tech is the state's largest public postsecondary institution and the nation's largest singly accredited statewide community college system serving nearly 200,000 students annually.
