GMS boys win against Jackson Creek, 40-34

The Greencastle seventh grade boys' basketball team defeated Jackson Creek Thursday night 40-34.

The game was a back and forth battle between two solid teams. Jackson Creek held a five-point halftime lead 19-14, but the Tiger Cubs came out in the third period with a will to win.

Duke Duff led the Tiger Cubs with 17, followed by Noah Cook with 11, Nick Costin with 10 and Devin Clar with two points.

GMS is on the road Wednesday against Edgewood. They improved to 13-1 on the season.
