Art gallery to open Thursday

Studio B gallery, formerly the Greencastle Galleria, will open Thursday in its new location at 302 E. Washington St.

Studio B, a gallery of works by local artists, will celebrate its grand opening on Thursday, Feb. 2 from 5-7 p.m.

In addition to works by a number of local artists, the gallery will offer wine and light refreshments, music by local musician Ron Dye, and a spinning demonstration by Heidi Warren.

Studio B was formerly known as the Greencastle Galleria.

The new gallery is located next to the Blue Door at 302 E. Washington St., Greencastle.

Studio B will be open Tuesday-Saturday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. For more information, persons may call (765) 848-1280.

Glad to see something go into that vacant building that has been there so long. Don't know how an art gallery will go in Greencastle, but hope it will be successful.
