Cloverdale defeats Cougars with late runs

CLOVERDALE -- The Cloverdale baseball team defeated North Putnam 2-1 Tuesday at home.

Brian Dale recorded the win for the Clovers, allowing just one hit on the night. Cloverdale scored two runs in the bottom of the seventh inning to get the win.

Cloverdale will travel to West Vigo today at 5 p.m., while North Putnam will travel to Covenant Christian today at 5:30 p.m.
