Cole Edgar took first in the shot and discus, while Tanner Skarff took first in the long jump. Logan Beck won the 110-meter hurdles, with Jacob Sanders taking first in the 400-meter dash.

The 400-meter relay team of Skarff, Sanders, Beck and Devin Clar was victorious as well as the 1,600-meter relay team of Gellman, Clar, Ryan Coble and Jacob Lewis.

In field events, GMS was able to take first, second and fifth in the shot put and discus. It also placed first, second and fourth in the long jump, while the high jumpers took second and fifth places.

"We are really starting to come together as a team and the boys are finding their strong events and pushing for their personal bests in practice and in meets," Dwigans said. "As coaches we're really proud of the strides they are taking and look forward to the next meet where we get to watch them all try to better their last performance."

Greencastle will back in action Monday when it hosts Tuttle.
