Mill Pond named one of state's best places to work

Mill Pond Health Campus, a Trilogy Health Services community with a location in Greencastle, has been named 2012 Best Place to Work in Indiana.

It marks the fourth year since 2009 that the campus and its employees have received this recognition.

Seventy companies were named Best Places to Work list for 2012 with 39 on the small/medium size business list and 31 on the large-size business list. Trilogy Health Services and its Indiana locations were named to the large-size employer list.

"We are so proud of this accomplishment," said Perry Daugherty, executive director of Mill Pond Health Campus. "Our employees made this happen through their unwavering commitment to be the best. Each member of our team plays a part in making us not only a Best Place to Work, but also in making us a provider of choice in our community. I thank our employees for making this recognition possible."

The Best Places to Work program was created in 2006 and is a project of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, BizVoice, Inside Indiana Business, The Society for Human Resource Management - Indiana State Council, the Indiana Economic Development Corporation and Best Companies Group.

Rankings will be announced at a dinner on Thursday, May 3.

Trilogy Health Services has also been recognized as a Best Place to Work in Kentucky, a Best Employer in Ohio and nationally as a Best Place to Work in Healthcare by Modern Healthcare Magazine.
