Eagles hosting pep session Friday

The South Putnam softball team will once again be battling for the IHSAA Class 2A State championship this Saturday.

The Eagles will take on Adams Central at 1:30 p.m. at Ben Davis High School in Indianapolis. Directions can be found on the Banner Graphic sports page tab online.

Fans will have the chance to get the team fired up with a pep session Friday at 6 p.m. at South Putnam High School softball field. Before the pep session fans can purchase advance tickets for the state final for $9.

There's also a chance to order T-shirts until Tuesday at 4 p.m. Shirts cost $10 for sizes youth small to adult XL and $12 for sizes adult 2XL and larger. They will be available to pick up at the pep session and must be paid for at that time.
