Dortha Mae 'Dorothy' McMillan

Dortha Mae "Dorothy" McMillan, 87, of Greencastle passed away on Saturday, June 23, 2012.

She was born on Oct. 18, 1924 in Montgomery County, Ky., to Strother Breeze and Mabel Foley Breeze.

On Dec. 20, 1954 she married Rowlin J. "Mac" McMillan, and he preceded her in death on March 21, 1984.

She was also preceded in death by her parents and several siblings.

Dorothy was a longtime member of the Methodist Church and will be remembered as an avid gardener who had a green thumb for flowers.

She is survived by her sister, Phyllis Breeze of Kentucky, and close friends Earlene and Joe Shaff, Barbara Wood, Jonathan and Jessica Shaff, Terry and Melissa Wood, and Don and Charlene Wood.

Private graveside services will be held at Clayton Cemetery, where she will be inurned next to her husband.
