Grand Old Handiwork

Using handprints, participants in the Greencastle Parks and Recreation Department's SPARK program recently completed a 9-by-12 foot American flag, which is being displayed on the north side of the bandshell at Robe-Ann Park. Approximately 125 youngsters are taking part in the SPARK program this summer with just two weeks of SPARK remaining in the season.
