Tennis, anyone?

The Greencastle Civic League hosted its second annual junior tennis tournament over the weekend at DePauw University. Many local athletes participated in the event, including South Putnam's J.D. Briones, who was the runner-up in both the 18 and under singles and mixed doubles tournaments. The eight and under age group, left to right, Eli Hardwick, Dunkin York (first place), Boyd Ensley (second place), Eli Sumpter, ACE, Tanner Smithers, Caroline Gooch, Maddie Landry, Anna Zellers and Harris Weltz, stuck around to pose with the event mascot.
