Construction work on I-70 begins

As crews begin a resurfacing project on Interstate 70, closures began on the eastbound ramps at U.S. 231. The ramp work will continue through early next week with the next closure being Monday, Aug. 25 at 6 p.m. Ramps will reopen the following morning. The project on I-70 will resurface the interstate from U.S. 231 to Little Point. The job was awarded to Rieth-Riley for $10.49 million.
