Grand Canyon trek next on PCPL travel series scheduled for Sept. 19

The Grand Canyon is the destination of the next Passport Travel Series event at the Putnam County Public Library, slated for 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept 19. It is free and open to the public.

Kim Wagler Ziner and her father, Milford Wagler, will give a powerpoint talk on their hiking excursion. Milford wanted to spend his 84th birthday hiking in the Grand Canyon.

Attendees will earn how he and his daughter Kim trained for a year for their four-day adventure described as ".the time of their lives!"
