Percussion Plus Project presents Sunday concert at Kresge Auditorium

The Percussion Plus Project of DePauw University, under the direction of Amy Lynn Barber, will present a 3 p.m. concert on Sunday, Sept. 16 at Kresge Auditorium.

The Percussion Plus Project will celebrate its 20th season with some of its past favorites such as Michael Daugherty's Shaken Not Stirred; George Crumb's Idyll for the Misbegotten with guest flutist Anne Reynolds; and James Beckel's Concert for Tuba and Percussion with guest tubist Daniel Perantoni.

Also on the program is Danza by Jarmo Sermila with guest violinist Timothy Kantor, and Temazcal by Javier Alvarez with maraca soloist Christopher Martin.
