Clovers post 13th win of the season

CLOVERDALE -- The Cloverdale volleyball team recorded its 13th win of the season, defeating Monrovia in four sets. The Clovers won 25-18, 13-25, 25-13 and 25-20.

Bradanne Toney had 23 kills, six blocks, nine digs and one point, with Rebekah Jordan adding 17 points, two aces and two digs. Lindsay Robson recorded 10 points, six digs, two aces and two set assists, with Paige Gruener adding five points, six kills, six digs and two aces.

Bristy Skiles tallied 26 set assists, five digs and four points, with Taylor Jones adding seven points, four digs, three aces and one kill. Adri Patterson contributed six kills, three points and three aces.

"Monrovia has always played us tough so it was great to walk away with a conference win," Cloverdale head coach Kathy Moore said. "We are excited for our Breast Cancer Awareness match next week against North Putnam."
