Spin to Win

Putnam County resident Carol Norris (left) was among many who spun the Hoosier Lottery wheel in hopes of winning free lottery tickets Friday afternoon at the Marathon gas station on North Jackson Street. Hoosier Lottery staff members Cary Spear and Fronda Fisher handed out Frisbees, T-shirts, candy and lottery tickets for those who spent $5 at the gas station.
