National Healthcare Quality Week to be observed Oct. 14-20

Healthcare quality professionals at Putnam County Hospital join those around the nation in celebrating National Healthcare Quality Week, which takes place Oct. 14-20.

The week highlights the influence of healthcare quality professionals in achieving improved patient care outcomes and healthcare delivery systems.

Putnam County Hospital has committed itself to improving the quality of care delivery through voluntary participation with the national Partnership for Patients initiative.

The Partnership for Patients aim is to aid in the reduction of healthcare acquired conditions and preventable readmissions.

Putnam County Hospital is celebrating National Healthcare Quality Week through internal recognition of associates as each member of the team contributes to the quality excellence in care delivered.
