Global chef at DePauw to feature Thai cuisine

DePauw University Dining Services will be hosting Global Chef, a project featuring the international cuisine of Sodexo. The program will be focusing on Chef Parkpoom Kotcharat and Thai cuisine.

Kotcharat has been a sous chef for Sodexo since 2012 and has an extensive background in Thai and Italian cuisine. His journey to DePauw will be highlighted with food tasting and a chance for participants to meet with Kotcharat.

This event will take place on Thursday, Feb. 28 with a chef's table from 11:30 a.m.- 1 p.m. and a food lab (cost is $6.59) from 5-8 p.m. at the HUB food court in the Memorial Student Union Building.

There will also be a café lunch (cost is $8.99) on Friday, March 1 from 11 a.m.- 1p.m. will also take place at the HUB. All are welcome to attend.
