Bowling Fundraiser

The Humane Society of Putnam County will benefit from the Boston Bowl fundraiser, set for 5-9 p.m. Friday, March 22 with open bowling and a silent auction at A 'n J Bowl in Greencastle. Joining Art and Nuvo, the twin Boston Terriers serving as host of the event, in publicizing the fundraiser are (front, from left) Michelle Beaman and Cammie Goldman of sponsor Round Barn Manor, and (back, from left) A 'n J Bowl owners Valerie and Garry Waters and employee Don Cox, Humane Society of Putnam County vice president Monica Sargent and president Lynn Bohmer. The silent auction will feature a variety of unique donated items from Gallery on the Square in Danville, including paintings, handbags, jewelry, a fine woodwork cheeseboard and luxury toiletries. Attendees will also get to guess the number of dog bones inside a big container.
