Dixie Chopper founder Art Evans (center) congratulates two of his longest-serving employees, Larry Jones (left) and Brad Church, on their recent 30th anniversaries with the Coatesville/Fillmore-based lawnmower manufacturing company. Evans founded the zero-turn mower company in a barn on his parents' property just northwest of Fillmore in April 1980. Church and Jones were two of his first fulltime employees as the business took off and evolved into the "World's Fastest Lawnmower" company it is today.
