Mark A. Poynter was pulled over by Sgt. Charles Inman at 11:30 p.m. Saturday.

While he received only a warning ticket for the traffic offense, Poynter was cited with an infraction for possessing alleged drug paraphernalia.

In other City Police reports, a two-vehicle mishap was reported Tuesday morning in the 90-degree curve where Gardenside and Hammond drives meet west of the high school.

Michael W. Dobson, 28, Reelsville, was southbound on Hammond Drive, entering the 90-degree curve in a 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix as Stephen Seketa, 33, Greencastle, approached the curve eastbound on Gardenside.
