James Collett

James Collett, 58, Cloverdale, passed away on April 9, 2013 at Terre Haute Regional Hospital.

He was born on Aug. 24, 1954 in Hyden, Ky. and was the son of Ewell and Martha Collett.

He is survived by his parents, Martha and James Luppino, Cloverdale; his children, Shawn Collett, Cloverdale, Dakota Collett, Greencastle, Destiny Huff, Greencastle, Amber Campbell, Oklahoma, Jamie Collett, Indianapolis, Charlene Coomer, Indianapolis and April Collett, Indianapolis; his sisters, Nina Howard, Kentucky and Patricia Whitley, Scottsdale, Kentucky and his brothers, Benny Collett, Rockville and Danny Collett, Cloverdale.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 12 at 1 p.m. at the Whitaker Funeral Home, Cloverdale. Visitation will be held on Friday, April 12 from 11 a.m. until service time at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Cloverdale Cemetery.

He was preceded in death by his father, Ewell Collett and his brother, Charles D. Collett.
