A Trip To DC

Students, parents and staff from Cloverdale went to Washington DC over spring break in a trip led by Tim Savini. "Everyone has a lot of fun and really enjoys seeing all the different sites. It's neat for the kids to actually get to touch and see in person what we read and study in our text books. We had a really great group that went with us this year," said Savini. The trip lasted five days and included seeing Arlington National Cemetery, the Smithsonian Museums, the Lincoln Memorial, the Pentagon Memorial, the White House, Ford's Theatre, Mount Vernon and Gettysburg.
