Patricia Rose Bothwell

Patricia Rose Bothwell, 83, of Greencastle, passed away on Thursday, April 18, 2013.

She was born on Nov. 6, 1929 in Terre Haute to Walter and Katherine Burchfield.

Pat retired from IBM with 31 years of service. She was a life member of O.E.S., the American Legion Auxiliary, served as treasurer of EAA Chapter 1374 and as president of the IBM Retirees Club for 11 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her first husband, Ivan R. Huxford Jr.

Surviving are her husband of 38 years, Vernon Bothwell Sr.; two children, Vernon Bothwell Jr. and wife Janie of Cloverdale and Roseanna Faulkner and husband Michael of Crossville, Tenn.; two brothers, Carl Burchfield and wife Joanna of Arizona and Larry Burchfield of Terre Haute; two grandchildren, Valerie Bothwell and Vanessa Bothwell; a great-granddaughter, Brynn Bothwell; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Monday, April 22, 2013 from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at Hopkins-Rector Funeral Home. A graveside committal will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park in Terre Haute at 2:30 p.m.
