Latisha Jean Reffett

Latisha Jean Reffett, 56, Cloverdale, passed away on Sunday, June 2, 2013 at IU Methodist Hospital.

She was born on April 28, 1957 in Indianapolis and was the daughter of the late Oran R. and Elanor Jean (Cordell) White.

She was married to Robert E. Reffett Sr. on Aug. 28, 1976 and he survives. She is also survived by her children Felisha Gagnon and husband Joe of Indianapolis and Robert E. Reffett Jr. and wife Amanda of Camby; sister Debbie Ewing and husband Steve of Martinsville; brothers David White and wife Denitia of Chicago, Daniel White of Indianapolis and Tommy White and wife Becky of Sullivan; six grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

She was a member of the Calvary Chapel Fellowship of Greencastle and was housekeeping supervisor for the Lieber State Recreation Area, Friends of Cagle Mill Lake, where she had served as an officer and was the co-founder of the Giving Garden.

Funeral services will take place at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 8 at the Calvary Chapel Fellowship of Greencastle, on North U.S. 231. Visitation will take place form 4-8 p.m. Friday, June 7 at the Whitaker Funeral Home, Cloverdale. Interment will be in the Cloverdale Cemetery.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sisters, Karen Vaughn, Cheryl Barker and Linda Hammond and her brother Bobby White.
