The Putnam County Public Library will host a Passport Travel Series talk about Thailand and Cambodia on Wednesday, June 19 at 6:30 p.m. , with Monica Fennell as the speaker.

Last summer Fennell was awarded a Rotary Peace Fellowship and spent 3 months studying at the Rotary Peace Center at Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, Thailand. The fellowship promotes national and international cooperation, conflict resolution, and peace.

Fennell is Pro Bono Manager of Faegre Baker Daniels law firm, former executive director of the Indiana Pro Bono Commission, and served as a U.S. Supreme Court Fellow. She holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center (1993) and a B.A. from Williams College (1987).

This will be the final Passport Travel Series event for the season and a drawing for travel themed prizes will be held at the conclusion of the program.
