County Jail

Three people were booked into the Putnam County Jail recently.

* At 3:15 p.m. Wednesday, Andrew William Harmless, 30, Greencastle, was arrested for probation violation.

* At 3:05 a.m. Thursday, Amy Sheree Lopez, 41, Greencastle, was housed at the jail for possession of methamphetamine.

At 4:45 a.m. Lester Allen Alexander Jr., 48, Greencastle, was booked in for driving under the influence of drugs and possession of methamphetamine.

Sheriff's Department

* At 8:44 a.m. on Sunday, Taylor A. Reeves, 18, Coatesville, was eastbound on U.S. 36 in a 2003 Ford Taurus just east of Bainbridge.

The driver was coming down a hill, approaching a right hand corner and lost control on wet pavement. Reeves tried to correct but could not.

The vehicle crossed the westbound lane and hit an embankment, causing the vehicle to roll several times.

She complained of pain in the abdominal/pelvic area.

Deputy Josh Boller estimated damages at $10,001-$25,000.
