David Daniel Ruhlig

David Daniel Ruhlig, 49, of Greencastle, passed away on Saturday, Aug. 17, 2013.

Born Nov. 10, 1963 in Howell, Mich., he was the son of Daniel Ruhlig and Phyllis (Sherwood) Ruhlig Fletcher.

He was a 1982 graduate of South Putnam High School and received his associate's degree from Ivy Tech Community College.

David was a computer operator with Ivy Tech Community College, Indianapolis campus.

He is survived by his daughters, Katherine and Elizabeth Ruhlig; his mother, Phyllis Fletcher and husband, John; a sister, Diana Ruhlig Hendrix; and stepson Andrew Baker; and fiancé' Susan Robinson.

He was preceded in death by his father.

A celebration of life will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 31 at the Hopkins-Rector Funeral Home, Greencastle.
