Kenneth Ray Gorham

Kenneth Ray Gorham, 76, of Greencastle, passed away on Saturday, Aug. 31, 2013.

He was born on Sept. 2, 1936 in Greencastle to Thomas Gorham and Hazel Hill Gorham.

Ken had been employed at the former Lobdell-Emery Corp.

He was a member of the Greencastle Eagles Lodge 4388 and the Greencastle American Legion Post 58.

He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Thomas Gorham, Hazel Gorham, Lee Gorham, Clyde Gorham, Jesse Gorham, Odie Gorham, Betty Person, Helen McGraw, Mildred Clodfellow, Dorothy Williams and Mary Gorham.

Surviving are his children, Tammy Stewart and husband Timothy of Franklin, Michael Gorham and wife Tracie of New Whiteland, and Jennifer Venema of Indianapolis; two brothers, Keith Gorham of Niles, Mich., and Herman Gorham of Kokomo, and eight grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 5 at Bittles and Hurt Funeral Home, Greencastle, with Rev. Herman Gorham officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.
