Dogged Determination

Accompanied by her two running buddies, Alexandra Black jogs up the north side of Franklin Street toward the square Thursday, taking advantage of another beautiful late-summer day in Greencastle. As part of a regimen designed to get in better shape she says she typically runs a 2.5-mile course that ends up back at the home she and Dr. Brian Black own on Washington Street. Of course, Brindle (left), a Boxer-Border Collie mix, and Bonzer, a Border Collie, always go along for the run.
