Marileen B. Allen

Marileen B. Allen, 88, of Greencastle, died Monday, Sept. 30, 2013 at Hickory Creek Nursing Home in Greencastle.

She was born in Putnam County to the late Herbert O. and Della (Turner) Terry.

A 1943 Greencastle High School graduate, she attended Indiana State Teachers College.

She was employed at DePauw University and Omar Bakeries Inc. and retired in 1989 from the Soil Conservation Service after 21 years of service.

Surviving are two nephews, a niece and others.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by five sisters, two brothers, a niece and a nephew.

There will be no services.

Arrangements were entrusted to Wilson St. Pierre Funeral Service and Crematory, Southport Chapel.
