County Jail

* At 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, James William Flatt, 48, Mooresville, was charged with failure to appear and check deception.

* At 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Damon Dale Rubeck, 34, Cloverdale, was booked in on a probation violation.

* At 8:32 p.m. on Wednesday, Kristopher Douglas Posthauer, 29, Bainbridge, was charged with operating while intoxicated.

* At 9:14 p.m. on Wednesday, Carl Eugene Sadler, 33, Fillmore, was charged with nonsupport of a dependent and failure to appear.

* At 12:03 a.m. on Thursday, Thomas Matthew Cox, 27, Reelsville, was charged with operating while intoxicated and driving on a suspended license.

* At 12:36 a.m. Thursday, Mesha Youngblood, 35, Anderson, was charged with failure to appear.

City Police

Five recent traffic citations were issued by Greencastle City Police officers.

* At 1:53 a.m. Monday, Dwayne Doolin Jr., 25, Reelsville, was cited by Officer Nick Eastham at State Road 240 and Zinc Mill Road for having a false or fictitious registration.

* At 12:26 a.m. Sunday, Chad Phillips, 18, Orleans, was ticketed by Officer Eastham for 50 mph in a 30-mph zone on Bloomington Street, south of Martinsville Street.

* At 9:57 a.m. Saturday, Gregory Barrow, 19, Indianapolis, was ticketed by Officer Eastham for 52 mph in a 30-mph zone on Bloomington Street, south of Martinsville Street.

* At 10:10 p.m. Sept. 27, Tyler Long, 18, Plainfield, was ticketed on Bloomington Street by Officer Eastham for having an expired license plate (July 2013).

* At 3:40 a.m. Sept. 27, Stephen Schoffstall, 40, Crawfordsville, was ticketed on Indianapolis Road by Capt. Chris Jones for having an expired license plate (December 2012).
