Coats For Kids

Putnam County Youth Development Commission held its Coats for Kids program Saturday at the Putnam County Fairgrounds. More than 500 coats were distributed during the event. Ronald Kunzelman, who was helped into his new coat by Kelly Hayden, was just one of the many who received a new coat Saturday afternoon.
